To make a long story short, I was tired of living an unhealthy lifestyle & needed to a find a way to consume the max amount of nutrients without it consuming a lot of my time.  After awhile things like ginger, elderberry, limes, natural fruits, vegetables & more all became apart of my daily routine. I took note of the changes in my body and how it made me feel. The difference was drastic & great but before long I realized that once again- eating healthy was proven itself to be time consuming. 

 

The preparation of cooking a healthy meal and the strength needed to not give into fast food prompted my "uh huh' moment.  remember thinking, if I wasn’t so determined it would be easy to go back to what’s “convenient”.
